Is America Ready for Another Illegal War Based on Lies and Deceptions?

When you look at Washington's saber rattling for war with Iran, it looks -- and in fact is -- a carbon copy of the lies and deceptions that were to take the U.S. to war with Iraq after George W. Bush's appointment to the U.S. Presidency. The push for war with Iran is gearing up. Is America ready for another illegal war based on lies and deceptions?

The Neocon's push for war with Iran at the behest of (link: http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article30447.htm) and in collusion with Israel and its proxy terrorism (link: http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article30532.htm) is reaching a feverish pitch. All you hear from the presstitute corporate media which serves as the U.S. Government's Ministry of Propaganda is that Iran is planning an attack on America and its allies, is building nuclear weapons of mass Israeli destruction, and fallacies that Iran is plotting to kill Israeli diplomats in retaliation for U.S.-Israeli sanctioned killing of Iranian Nuclear Scientists (link: http://www.commondreams.org/headline/2012/02/17-2). Neocons running rampant in both the Israeli and U.S. Governments want you to believe that Iran is the greatest threat the world faces and is duplicitously trying to convince us all that we're in imminent danger if we don't attack them. It sounds so familiar because it's very same lies and deceptions (link: http://www.fair.org/blog/2012/02/17/is-iraq-media-failure-coloring-iran-coverage/) that were used to purposely misinform the U.S. public and wage war with Iraq over nonexistent Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMDs) in 2003.

Sure the scenario has changed, but the bulk of the lies and deceptions remain the same. This time the regime change is aimed at the Iranian Government instead of Saddam Hussein as the root of all evil (link: http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article30430.htm. As usual, there are many foreign leaders that prefer Washington's money and favor to loyalty to their own countries' interests (link: http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article30477.htm) helping cultivate the U.S-Israeli Government's lies and deceptions. Iran is being demonized for trying to develop nuclear technology, and needs to be monitored (link: http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article30448.htm) but the one-sided U.S.-Israeli response is hypocritical. The only country with nuclear technology and nuclear weapons that isn't monitored by the U.S. is Israel. In fact, no mention is ever made of the more than 200 nuclear weapons Israel possesses by the U.S. Government's ministry of propaganda. But as always happens when profound ignorance is in charge of fabricating deceptive propaganda, the truth eventually inadvertently slips out (link: http://www.commondreams.org/view/2012/02/09-1).

As I have noted in the past, using perpetual propaganda to sway public support and justify attacking Iran serves many purposes: create an enemy, hype up the fabricated scaremongering to make your ignorant public think you're saving them while your “Intelligence” agency conducts covert operations and acts of terrorism in the Middle East, then propose preventive war and push a prefabricated agenda to make the American public believe war is necessary (link: http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article30052.htm). The U.S. government has specialized in this type of deception (link: http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article29434.htm) and has covertly pushed it war agenda with Iran (link: http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article29969.htm) for decades. Most U.S. -- and International -- support for the Israeli government's illicit actions is based on a multitude of lies spun as "facts" (link: http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article29640.htm). U.S. and British press has a pro-Israeli agenda slant for a reason (link: http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article29642.htm) and Neocons running the corrupt political establishment in Washington are busily pushing for wars with Syria and Iran (link: http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article29129.htm).

Israeli and Saudi Governments Behind much of the Iran Terror Plot Propaganda

Too many of Washington's politicians, Military and Terrorism "experts" have close ties to Israel's government. Consequently, America has been duped for years with prefabricated tales of Iranian terror and the threat it allegedly poses (link: http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article30439.htm). The threat is so imminent according to the Israeli government that U.S. Jews have been warned that Iran could strike (link: http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article30435.htm). Too many Americans remain blissfully unaware of the illegally audacious role that the American Israeli Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) plays in U.S. politics and how it has ruined their country. AIPAC is currently pushing Washington to invade Iran without the consent or representation of the U.S. public (link: http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article30452.htm). In espousing its complete hypocrisy, the U.S. government is fervently claiming that Iran may have provided aid to and be linked to Al Qaeda (link: http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article30434.htm), which was in fact created by the U.S. CIA, which currently funds and trains it. AIPAC, which is in fact part of the Israeli Neocon Government that owns much of the U.S. Congress, has pushed incessantly for the U.S. to invade Iran (link: http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article30584.htm).

The Israeli government -- which owns entirely too much of the U.S. government -- and the Saudis are behind much of the Iran terror plot propaganda and lies (link: http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article29426.htm). In October of last year, Washington was pushing the blatantly false "Iranian Terror Plot" involving two Iranian "terrorists" meeting up with an assassin from a Mexican drug cartel who just happened to be a longtime DEA informant which was neither credible nor believable (link: http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article29373.htm). In usual fashion, the falsely fabricated "terrorist plot" was riddled with inconsistencies. The U. S. government's allegation that Iran plotted to kill the Saudi ambassador to the U.S. quickly unraveled (link: http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article29438.htm), raising a lot more questions than answers (link: http://www.commondreams.org/headline/2011/10/12-8). It's a pretty safe bet that the Saudi Ambassador had more ties to terrorists than the alleged assassin did.

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) recently participated in the ministry of propaganda's Iran charades, releasing a lopsided "Study" manipulated to present faux evidence to build a case for war with Iran while issuing fallacious statements, offering yet another in depth look at how Washington's culture of corruption works (link: http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article29668.htm). Unsurprisingly, it was later revealed that the IAEA Chief was in cahoots with the U.S. Federal government (link: http://bit.ly/fsWLFE), and is in fact bought and paid for (link: http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article29664.htm). Despite Washington and its ministry of propaganda's bloviated bullshit, Iran is more than a few months away from building nuclear bombs (link: http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article30011.htm).

ABC has mastered the Duplicitous Art of Manipulating Deception

Now many of the same newspapers and TV stations that led the Bush cabal's criminal charges to invade Iraq have gone back to the attic and are busily dusting off their war pom-poms (link: http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article30576.htm). Again alarmist corporate media is shoring up to goad the U.S. to war with Iran on Israel's behalf. A recent scripted appearance by James Clapper, the politicized Director of National Intelligence (DNI) served as the catalyst for the most current propaganda parade. Despite Clapper's bloviated fear-mongering to ramp up the Iranian threat to national security, little if any evidence supporting his claims was presented (link: http://www.fair.org/blog/2012/02/01/iran-this-is-what-propaganda-looks-like/). During his pre-scripted appearance in the Senate, Clapper pointed to the alleged Iranian plot to kill the Saudi Ambassador in Washington, D.C. as evidence that Iran seems more eager to assert itself, even in the U.S. Amazingly enough, Clapper's perjury was actually questioned by some members of the U.S. Congress.

ABC News, CNN and the New York Times have been among the most vocal cheerleaders for Washington's ministry of propaganda's push for war with Iran, using lopsided anonymous "reporting," but ABC has perfected the duplicitous act of manufacturing deception with attacking Iran as the endgame. The push for war with Iran is in full swing with the anonymous lies and deceptions passed off as truth and fact, but ABC has shifted its deceptive misinformation campaign into overdrive, offering us valuable insight into creating more wholesome perpetual propaganda.

First, ABC begin their report with an alarming, outdated graphic of what appears to be footage of the enemy Army with weapons on full display at a military parade. Second, ABC explained with no substantiating evidence that Iran "may be ready to launch a terror attack in the U.S." while cueing footage of apparently menacing soldiers. Third, ABC aired what appeared to be footage of Iran's leaders meeting with other official enemies while duplicitously warning their viewers that these leaders have "little love for the U.S." With "News" coverage like ABC's, it's hard to argue honestly that the real escalation for war is coming from the Iran (link: http://www.fair.org/blog/2012/02/01/iran-this-is-what-propaganda-looks-like/).

The nascent misconceptions about Iran espoused from Washington's ministry of propaganda are quite preposterous. The U.S. Government keeps telling us how dangerous Iran is, but the tales they keep spinning make Iran sound incredibly inept and stupid. Iran retaliating against Israel for killing Iranian nuclear scientists -- while well-deserved -- is full of idiocies that reveal the official version to be fallacious. Would a country that's intelligent enough to develop nuclear energy be stupid enough to send operatives to friendly countries, complete with Iranian money and passports (link: http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article30543.htm)? Fact checking the media (link: http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article30437.htm) and researching the fraudulent "experts" and pundits that feed our corrupted Congress these idiocies reveals just how manipulated and purposely misguided the American people really are.

Americans Need to Know the Truth about the Phony Iran Crisis

Washington claims to be the world's defender of human rights, but the U.S. has murdered innocents -- in Afghanistan, Iraq, Yemen, Syria, Libya to name a few -- for years on end (link: http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article30538.htm). For years presstitute corporate media has abrogated their responsibility to give people accurate, truthful information, but now they serve the further the interests of Washington's culture of corruption.

It's time for a closer look at Washington's fraudulent "War on Terror," the numerous illegal wars it is raging in the Middle East and the profound corruption and massive crimes against humanity the U.S. government has committed with total impunity that were conveniently --albeit illegally -- enabled since the "terrorist" attacks of 9/11. It’s time for an even closer look at the U.S. government’s involvement with and ties to the Israeli government and AIPAC and how they have destroyed America and everything it once stood for.
