Islam Times - The head of the Arab and Islamic Assembly to support the resistance choice, Dr. Yehya Ghaddar, pointed out that the Liberation and Resistance Day is a strategic base for the people of the Arab and Islamic world to mobilize the will of confrontation, to revive the culture of the thought of uniqueness and liberation, and to build the nation’s reinforced project to confront its enemies.

“It is a way to safeguard the rights and the just causes, as well as to retrieve Palestine and to return its people back to it”.

He told “Islam Times”: “Based upon this strategy, the steadfastness of Syria as a reluctant and resisting state has been stressed, for it has been able to foil the universal conspiracy plotted against it that aims at defeating it as a whole. In fact, this boosted the option of decisiveness in favor of the nation and the inevitability of victory in the battle of the era, which is targeting it to destruct and divide it according to the Zionist-imperialist project and relying on the backwardness, the Takfiri thought, and terrorism”.

Dr. Ghaddar concluded saying: “From here, the presidential vacuum in Lebanon remains to be dangerous in the context of an open war on the nation, which is facing its last chapter. This necessitates that the vital forces who believe in the unity of Lebanon and the nation to be more immune and protected in the attitudes and the commitment to the nationalist, national and Islamic principles”.
