Heightened airstrikes were also reported in the al-Mughraqa and Deir el-Balah areas, both of which have already suffered extensive demolitions by Israeli forces, resulting in the complete destruction of many neighborhoods.

While the Israeli army has withdrawn from the Nuseirat refugee camp, its departure has left behind widespread devastation, with civil defense teams now engaged in the challenging task of recovering victims buried beneath the rubble.

Local reports indicate a buildup of Israeli tanks and armored vehicles near border regions with Rafah, suggesting preparations for a potential ground invasion of the densely populated area, home to approximately 1.5 million people.

Following a days-long incursion by Israeli forces, emergency services are continuing to search collapsed structures in the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza for bodies.

According to Gaza's government media office, the recent Israeli operation resulted in a significant toll, with 75 reported deaths, 348 injuries, and 100 individuals missing, alongside the destruction of 13,000 housing units within the camp.

Amid Israel's six-month-long war on the Gaza Strip, the death toll among Palestinians has climbed to 33,970, according to the Health Ministry's latest figures.

In the past 24 hours alone, at least 71 individuals have been reported dead, with 106 sustaining injuries, bringing the total number of casualties to over 76,770.

The actual death toll is feared to be significantly higher, as thousands of bodies are believed to be buried beneath the wreckage of buildings collapsed by Israeli airstrikes.
