IRGC Commander: "Operation True Promise" Marked Failure of US Missile Plan for West Asia
Brigadier General Rasul Sanayee Rad the IRGC Deputy Commander for political affairs told Iranian News Agency the fact that Iranian missiles passed over the airspaces of other countries like Iraq, Jordan and Syria before hitting their targets inside the occupied territories, shows the failure of the US plan for an integrated anti-missile system in West Asia.

The Iranian Armed Forces, in reply to the Zionist regime’s attack on Iran’s consulate in the Syrian capital Damascus on April 1, hit specific military and intelligence centers in Israel, using missiles and drones.

General Sanayee Rad added the missiles used in this phase of the operation of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Armed Forces were technologically among the old versions of the Iranian-made missiles.

He said the error rate of some Iranian missiles is less than five meters, while ballistic missiles with the error rate of eight meters are regarded as pinpoint missiles.

The IRGC commander also said as the Zionists have confessed, seven Iranian missiles hit a base in the vicinity of a residential complex without being targeted.

Also referring to the big intelligence base hit during the attack, General Sanayee Rad said this proves the accuracy of the missiles.
