Yemen – 270 people died in the battle of Sana’a

Islam Times - Yemen Health Ministry confirmed that an estimated 270 people were killed since last week when violent clashes took place in between the Houthis and Islahi militants – Sunni radical organized under the prominent tribal Al Ahmar family –

About 460 people, among which civilians, were also injured in the violent stand-off.

Since Abdel-Malek Al Houthi – leader of the Houthis – signed a truce on Sunday with the coalition government order has been restored to the streets.

It is important to note that the United Nations has welcomed such agreement in between the Houthis and the state, calling all to cooperate towards the reconstruction of Yemen.
