Islam Times - Efforts to Reopen Israeli Embassy in Cairo

Islam Times – Israel is trying to portray itself as the victim; to portray itself as oppressed in order to reopen the doors of its embassy in Cairo.

Islam Times reports that Israel is trying to reopen its embassy in Cairo as soon as possible. It is playing a political game by stating that a group of Islamists attacked the embassy during the protests. They are trying to start a psychological war by stating that the Islamists are barbaric and they are oppressed.

The leaders of Islamic groups in Egypt announced that Israel will not be safe after the fall of Mubarak. They state that the future relationship between Egypt and Israel will be fundamentally different than it was during the reign of Mubarak.

These leaders also announced that Israel is illegitimate and does not have the right to pressure Egypt to reopen its embassy. The Egyptian people must decide about the future relationship with this regime.
