Egyptian Political Party: The Bahraini King’s visit to Mubarak is a blow to the Egyptian people

Bahrain (Islam Times) – The Deputy Chairman of the Egyptian Wafid Party, Ahmad Az Al-Arab, gave a strongly worded speech to the Egyptian military council for allowing the Bahraini monarch to visit the deposed Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak, which is a visit that he considered a blow to the Egyptian people.

Islam Times: In an article published in the Monday edition of the Egyptian newspaper “Al-Wafid” he wondered “how is it possible for the Military Council to allow such a blow to be given to the Egyptian people, and it is considered an affront to their dignity and a humiliation?”

He added that he was not surprised at all “from this position which is coming from one who rules his country with Iron and fire when the vast majority of his people demand their human rights and equality with the ruling minority, and while the head of the state is not of the majority.

He added “when the majority demands that in peaceful demonstrations, he unleashes his rabid forces wreaking death and destruction”, referring to the Bahraini regime.

As Al-Arab continued saying: “not only that, but he asks for help from his fellow tyrants in the Gulf that supply him with more rabid forces in order to crush the majority of his people so that they learn (manners) and search 10 feet under the ground for the benefits of obedience.”
