Morales President of Bolivia: Once Again

Evo Morales was elected as president once again by the Bolivian people. According to unofficial reports Evo Morales easily won the elections.

Supporters of Morales also won the majority of seats in the congress and senate of Bolivia.

Morales was the first Bolivian president of Bolivia to win 63 percent of the votes which was 36 percent more than his closest competitor amongst the nine candidates. Supporters of Morales celebrated in the streets chanting “Evo! Evo!”
