(Islam Times) - The New York Knicks have set an embarrising NBA record by missing all of thier three point attemps in thier match against teh New Jersey Nets.

Islam Times reports from AP: The New York Knicks have set an NBA record for 3-point futility by missing all 18 attempts in their 113-93 loss to the New Jersey Nets.

According to the Elias Sports Bureau, the Knicks took the most 3s without making one. Research by STATS, LLC dating to the 1986-87 season found the previous most attempts without a make was 16 by Washington against Boston on Nov. 2, 2007.

Before Saturday, the Knicks last went without a 3-pointer when they were 0 for 6 against the Celtics on March 29, 2006.
