Military Talks between the Pentagon and Bahrain

An American commander met with the king of Bahrain in the Middle East on Monday and spoke about military and security issues.

Commanding General David Petraeus spoke about an increase of military cooperation between these two countries with Hamad ibn Isa Al Khalifah, the king of Bahrain. Hamad ibn Isa also spoke of the importance of security and peace in the region.

It is worth mentioning that Bahrain is the host of the largest American military base in the Middle East.
