America Worried about a Change of Power in Cairo and Riyadh

Islam Times , 16 Oct 2009 05:27

A ranking member of the State Department reported about a change of power in Cairo and Riyadh and the destiny of the Middle East without King Abdullah bin Abd al-Aziz

What is really worrisome for America is that Hosni Mubarak will not be in charge of Egypt and King Abdullah will not be in charge of Saudi Arabia. They have been in charge since 1981 and 1996 respectively.

Both of these leaders are over 80 years old and they play important roles in the Middle East as America's agents. Hosni Mubarak's presidency will end in 2011 and King Abdullah bin Abd al-Aziz's reign depends on his physical and mental ability.

There has been talk in Egypt that Jamal Mubarak, Hosni's son, will take over after his father. There are many scenarios being discussed within the royal family in Saudi Arabia.
