“Israel” threatens with the military budget as a message to the West

Putting political focus on this news, we raise a set of questions: First, since the Israeli army is suffering from a severe shortage in the budget of finance, how it can launch a local or regional military attack? Second, why is the Israeli government claiming to do so at a time when it is signing many military transactions to strengthen its military assets? 

It seems that the answers to these questions are naive and do not need an absolute, a narrow, or even a wide thinking, since the answer is very clear. This comes because Israel aims by doing so at renewing the language of Western support, especially since the Westerners are focusing on the strength of the Israeli army more than any other field. 

Hence, it turns out that the Israeli mentality has become concerned over the sustainability of its relationship with the West, especially with the Europeans. It is as usual creating political and media fabrications, especially with issues relating to the army to restore the bonds of attraction between them away from any dissonance... Yet, is the present of Israel as its past?!
