US seeking to demonize Muslims, Islam

Ralph Schoenman said in an interview on Sunday that this is essentially a propaganda effort of the US ruling class pertaining to all of its wars of predation.
 
“There is a consistent campaign that is engendered by the US ruling class with respect to Muslims and Islam as a means of demonizing both, a way of attempting to arouse public anger not only against those who are associated with the Arab East but those who are in any way capable of being blamed for the crimes of imperialism itself” the analyst said.
 
The remarks come as a notable American Rabbi says all Muslims are criminals, and calls for a global genocide against them.
 
Schoenman also stated that the ISIL is really in fact a creation of US imperialism.
 
“The al-Nusra forces that were deployed in Syria and in the region are all those who have the signature of not only the United States but also Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the Emirates who financed and brought these mercenaries to play.”
 
“Many of them having their roots in Libya are the result of the demonization of Islam and Muslims with respect to the campaign that was launched to overthrow Gaddafi … are really those very forces that are now being demonized in the region”, he said.
 
The analyst also concluded that the wars of predation are in reality the result of US policies.
 
“The wars of predation that the US attempts to present itself as responding to defensively are in reality the result of US policies, fragmenting each country, seizing its resources and destroying all those who resist imperialism and its threats to the sovereignty of nations and peoples”, the analyst said.
