It was announced that California and North Carolina had the highest rates of unemployment in March – more than it has seen in three years.

The rate of unemployment in California has risen above 11.2 percent. North Carolina is at 10.8 percent.

California, in March, saw 62 thousand people loose their jobs while 51 thousand lost their jobs in Florida and 47 thousand in Texas.
