February 14 Coalition rejects Al Khalifa’s rule

In a comment made on Monday, August 11th, the coalition called on Governor Hamad Isa Khalifa "to leave", describing him as a "terrorist".

The coalition has often slammed Al Khalifa royals for their dependence on Saudi Arabia and Britain and their inability to take independent decisions.

The February 14 coalition has stressed that just as the people managed to oust Colonel Muammar Gaddafi in Libya and Saddam Hussain in Iraq, the people of Bahrain will too, soon taste victory and reclaim their freedom.

This statement came only a few days before Bahrain will mark its Independence Day – August 14.
