Abdul-Raouf Al-Shayeb: Bahraini people insist on the dismantlement of the Al-Khalifa regime

Islam Times: Al-Shayeb, in a statement Friday evening, said that the repression, murder and failure to provide services will not lead to the people abandoning their key demands which are basically the dismantlement of this obnoxious hereditary regime and changing it radically, stressing that the Bahraini people today will not accept less than overthrowing the Al-Khalifa regime and bringing them to a fair trial for the crimes they have committed against the people.

He added that the Bahraini people have the right to defend themselves by all means available infront of the Al-Saud occupying army and the Al-Khalifa repressive regime and its mercenaries who have killed people, vandalized mosques and Muslim shrines and engaged in defilement and rape.

 Al-Shayeb strongly condemned the Bahraini regime’s stoppage of livelihoods for people through their discharge from their jobs and replacing them with foreigners, and he said that the Bahraini people will not tolerate a policy of collective punishment which is being adopted by the Al-Khalifa regime, and cannot remain silent about it, that is why the people have to right to defend themselves and defend their livelihoods by all means.
