16-year old Palestinian arrested & assaulted by Israel
The group of men had just been denied entry to the Mosque by the Israeli police. While filming, Israeli police came up to us and instructed us not to film. Reluctantly we moved away few meters and took another position. Minutes after we spotted two under cover police men getting tipped off by the same policemen we encountered few minutes earlier.

The following images speak for themselves. The two under cover policemen walked towards the group men and uttered few words: why are you sitting here? immediately tempers flared and they approached one of the men and snatched him. There was no provocation from the side of the Palestinian men.

Incidents like these aren't rare, it's just not often captured on camera. We continued our walk to Hasan's neighborhood to meet up with his parents to get the latest. We found them devastated. They recounted the events of Friday, when Hasan was brutally assaulted by Israeli police in Al Aqsa Mosque.

Hasan's father says that his son was beaten up so viciously at the Police station on Friday night to the point that he had to be rushed to the hospital for treatment. Afif said that the police denied any wrong doing and said that Hasan was beaten up by other inmates.

In a phone interview Hasan's lawyer says that the Attorney general's office will charge Hasan with attempting to stab a soldier and throwing rocks at Israeli police. The lawyer however says that the police has yet to produce the alleged knife that has Hasan's finger prints.

Hasan is still being held up in an Israeli police station and his lawyer says he will appear in front of a judge on Tuesday after the Jewish holidays are over. Meanwhile restrictions on entry to Al Aqsa Mosque still persist.
