No fine for Syrian returnees

He told the "Voice of Lebanon" radio that the aim of this proposal was to facilitate the Syrian refugees' return to Syria. 
 
The minister said that negotiations with the Syrian Cabinet should be held in a bid to return the Syrians who wish to go back to their homeland. 
 
Regarding the number of Syrian refugees who returned to Syria, he said "around 1800 refugees had returned and this is not a huge number." 
 
Derbas concluded that the refugees file requires a state of emergency with the help of the Arab and International communities to be resolved.
