Syrian army intensifies its operations in the south

Sources on the ground have reported that violent clashes involving members of Al Nusra Front took place near Sasa and Shura.

The military has managed so far to advance further into Al Nusra zone of influence; slowly securing new areas, but much ground remains to be covered for southern Syria to breathe a sigh of relief.

The army also directed its attention toward it border with Lebanon, in Bait Jann, an area which has been used as the smuggling route by terror elements.
