The two Palestinian men were executed on Saturday in the Yarmouk Palestinian refugee camp in southern Damascus over claims they had helped the Syrian government.
Reports also included a picture showing the two men hanged from trees next to buildings in the camp.
Yarmouk refugee camp has borne the brunt of the turmoil in Syria over the past months. In September 2012, 20 people were killed in a mortar attack by militants on the camp.
On January 7, 2013, militants also killed two people in a sniper attack at the camp, after clashes erupted between Syrian security forces and militant groups near the camp.
Syria has been experiencing unrest since mid-March 2011. Many people, including large numbers of security personnel, have been killed in the violence.
The Syrian government says the chaos is being orchestrated from outside the country, and there are reports that a very large number of the militants are foreign nationals.
