America still creates unrest in the region, says Maulana Shirani

Talking to Islam Times, Chairman of Pakistan’s Islamic Ideology Council explained, “Peace in the region will remain a mirage until the US is stopped.”
 
He added, “It is time for the Muslim Ummah to be united again and oppose anti-Islam American policies. If Muslims are not united then they will face further hardships in near future.”

The scholar stressed, “Rulers of Muslims countries including Pakistan and Afghanistan are equally responsible for unrest in the region as they joined hands with Washington.”

Regarding the upcoming withdrawal of US’ forces from Afghanistan, Shirani said, “America would not completely exit from the region.”

“It will keep some of its forces in order to keep control of the region,” he added.

Commenting on Afghanistan, Shirani mentioned that President Hamid Karzai should stand upon his commitment and thus not allow American monopoly in his country.
