According to an Islam Times correspondent in occupied Jerusalem, the “blacklist” included 17 prohibited items. They are:
1. Arms, bullets, chemical materials required to produce missiles
2. Fertilizers, which are prevented because it is used to produce rockets and explosives
3. Materials that contain a mixture of more than 5% of potassium chloride
4. The fibers that contain carbon or sulfur
5. Fishing equipment, and knives, which are within this context
6. Materials that contain polyethylene glycol
7. Optical devices, night vision devices, and powered devices that work by laser
8. Gas tanks
9. Drilling equipment and those required to extract water
10. Parachute sailing
11. Construction materials (iron, steel, cement, gravel) to non-international projects
12. Fireworks
13. Pumps
14. Diving equipment
15. Surfboards (mechanical and manual)
16. Insulation material such as metal alloys
17. Supercomputers that could be used to produce rockets
