Iran invites Al Jubouri to Parliamentary Union of the Organization of the Islamic Cooperation Member States

Iran’s Majlis Director General for International Affairs Hossein Sheikholeslam said on Thursday that the meeting of the PUIC Presidential Troika would convene in the Iranian capital, Tehran, on Tuesday.

The PUIC Presidential Troika consists of the previous, current, and future presidents of the PUIC Conference, which is currently presided by Iran.

Sheikholeslam added that Iraq’s new Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jabouri is also set to pay an official visit to Tehran next week and take part in the forthcoming summit.

“This summit will be held with the presence of Iran, Sudan and Mali, while Pakistan, Syria, Palestine and Iraq have also been invited to attend the conference,” according to the Iranian official.

On July 14, Iran’s Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani held phone calls with his Malian and Sudanese counterparts Issaka Sidibé and Fatih Ezzedine al-Mansur as the previous and future chairmen of the PUIC Conference and called for emergency meeting of the PUIC Troika over deadly Israeli air raids on the blockaded Gaza Strip.

The Shaykh al-Islam that Tehran will host next Tuesday Conference Troika parliaments of Islamic countries.  Confirmed Sheikholeslam that Iran has invited the new president of the Council of Representatives of Iraq, Salim al to participate the conference, adding that the conference will be held with the participation of Iran, Sudan and Mali, have also been calls for the participation of Pakistan, Syria, Palestine and Iraq, also.  Conference takes place Troika Islamic parliaments in 22 of July this in Tehran, to discuss the latest developments in Gaza following exposure to the massacres by the Zionist entity.
