According to the report, a special squad tagged “Anti Terrorist Squad” was formed and dispatched to Zaria, Kano, Katsina and Delta and other states to actualize the set objective. The report was specific on Zaria, where it said, security operatives will unleash “Massive Massacre” by way of indiscriminate shooting of those who will take part in the procession and onlookers. Meanwhile, security operatives stationed in Zaria are awaiting orders any moment from now to bomb residence of Sheikh Zakzaky in Gyallesu, Zaria. Consequently, the shooting and attack will spread to neighboring towns in Zaria, under the guise of hunting for the fleeing members of the Movement and remnant members of the dislodged “Boko Haram”. As planned, intensive checkpoints will be mounted along all routes leading to Zaria, from 16/09/2009 to 20/09/2009, where security operatives will apprehend suspicious persons that have the resemblance of a Muslim.
The long term plan, according to the security report, was to be actualized in four years from now (2009 -2013). This will involve taking stock of all Islamic scholars who have sympathy or ally with the Islamic Movement, special attention will be placed on them in an attempt to buy them over. Similarly, intensive propaganda will be put in place in media houses; scholars will be sponsored to preach hatred against the Shiites and their teachings in their Ramadan Tafsir and preaching sessions. Singers will also be involved for the same purpose.
Evidently, among the Islamic scholars drafted by the government to set the stage for the already planned attack, Dr. Gumi stands out as the most willing tool and puppet exhibiting divisible tendencies among Muslims at the Sultan Bello mosque unhindered. He is allowed to preach violence despite the fact that it has obviously contravened the agreement which demanded clerics to guard against divisible and inciting statements during this Ramadan Tafsir. Kaduna State police commissioner, who had earlier sent an intelligence report to Abuja demanding drastic action on Sheikh Zakzaky and the Islamic Movement at the instance of the US embassy in Abuja, was reported to have held meetings with district heads, Islamic scholars and community leaders in Kaduna as preparatory to the planned onslaught.
Checks revealed that Nigerian government and its sponsored clerics are playing the script prepared by their masters, Israel and United States to suppress the influence and activities of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria. The government is said to have signed a security treaty with Israel, by which Israel will be directly involved in local security operations of Nigeria and training of its security personnel. Behind the smokescreen declaration of agricultural and technological pact announced, the recent visit of Israel’s foreign minister Avigda Lieberman was to sign and seal the deal already entered.
