German police prevent an anti-NATO protest
German protestors, numbering about 4,000, gathered in the city Kohl and the police prevented them from moving.

The people gathered in Germany chanted slogans such as: “Spend millions for peace instead of billions for war.”

This action by the police occurred after fighting broke out between the protestors in Strasberg, France and the police of that country.

The police in Strasburg used tear gas to quell the rebellion.
