Say it aint so! When Hugo Chavez kicked the American ambassador out of Carcass it was one of the happiest days of my life. What happened? Why are you allowing him to come back?
Venezuela’s foreign minister stated that the normalization of diplomatic ties “will take place in the coming days, and as soon as the ambassadors have resumed their functions we will move forward to a more fluid communication.”
But, in hind sight, this is exactly what Hugo Chavez stated. He said, during the Bush administration, that when the United States had a new government Venezuela would send an ambassador to America. So, I guess he is just keeping his word and not selling out. Time will tell.
