Judaization of al-Quds to trigger international Intifada

Paul Larudee, with the Free Palestine movement, in Berkeley said the Tel Aviv regime’s ongoing plot for Judaizing al-Quds is setting the stage for an international uprising.
 
    “If there is an Intifada to prevent the Judaization of Jerusalem and to protect Al-Aqsa, it means to be an intifada that is international, that would be among all Muslims and Christians as well. It needs to be a major movement,” Larudee said.
 
The commentator further stressed that the Israeli regime is playing a game of deception and implementing demographic changes in al-Quds and other occupied Palestinian territories.
 
Israel has actively engaged in desperate efforts to prove that the population of al-Quds is just for the Jewish people and for the Israelis, the analyst said, adding that, however, the fact is that the Jewish people have been actually a small part of Palestine for a long time.
 
Larudee concluded that al-Quds must forever remain a multi-religious city, which is considered a place for Jews, Muslims, and Christians alike.
 
The remarks come as Israeli authorities are systematically acting to change al-Quds’ identity and character. Reports say the Israeli regime is planning to build a synagogue in Al-Aqsa Mosque compound as part of its efforts to further Judaize the occupied Palestinian territories.
 
Over the past decades, Israel has tried to change the demographic makeup of al-Quds by constructing illegal settlements, destroying historical sites, and expelling the local Palestinian population.
