Netherlands donates to the “UNRWA” emergency program in the West Bank and Gaza

Islam Times correspondent in Gaza reported that according to the \'UNRWA\' site, the donation, which is 6.18 million dollars, will be allocated to support the emergency work  in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, which aims to reduce the effects which are inflicted on the refugees due to the deterioration on the political, economic, social, and security levels.

The website said that the emergency contribution for this year comes to finance the resettlement of refugees in southern Gaza, in addition to the 6.18 million dollars donation to support UNRWA\'s major programs in education, health, relief, infrastructure and small loans.

The Dutch government was the seventh-largest donor to the agency last year, where it placed donations  to support the agency\'s major programs and support human rights education in Gaza, and music education in Jordan, and legal assistance to Palestine refugees in Lebanon.
