Palestinian Authority considers trial of Israel for terrorism
The Palestinian Authority is now considering taking Israel to International courts to try them for consistent crimes against the human rights of Palestinians. If the plan goes ahead they will try them in International courts of states which allow the trial of foreigners.

The Palestinian Authority noted that they would undergo
diplomatic efforts through first informing the Quartet, the United Nations and the European Union about the violations at the hands of the settlers against unarmed Palestinians.

The Palestinian Authority stated that they will hold Israel responsible for these violations, whether individuals or
representatives of the Israel including the Israeli army,
who as an occupying force are under international obligations to protect Palestinians and not propagate these continuous attacks.

"The Palestinian Authority is now considering the prosecution of Israeli leaders in International Courts although they face many hurdles which includes the Oslo agreement not allowing Palestine to take Israel to international courts to hold them accountable for their  crimes.
