A Spanish judge was barred from looking into the bombings in Gaza
The Israeli air force bombed Gaza in July, 2002 with a one-ton bomb resulting in the deaths of 14 and injuries of 11.

The lawyers against the case stated that since Israel has taken on the responsibility of investigating what happened this case should be closed in Spain.

It is worth mentioning that almost all of the Israeli leaders are accused of committing crimes in this case.
