Dan Harel, the Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the IDF, said that the Israeli forces committed mistakes in its attack on Gaza – mistakes which resulted in the deaths of civilians.
At the same time Harel claimed that Zionist soldiers did not intentionally aim at Palestinian civilians.
But, recently, a number of Zionist soldiers have confessed to shooting Palestinians after capturing them at the command of their superiors. Zionist soldiers used Palestinians as human shields as well.
The Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the IDF also confessed to using white phosphorus in the 22-Day-War against Gaza.
The Center for Human Rights in Palestine announced that since the start of the 22-Day-War, which started on the 27th of December, more than 1400 Palestinians have been martyred. The majority of deaths have been women and children.
