The Zionist entity began the Judaicization of Al-Aqsa Mosque by implementing the “Holy house cover”

Islam Times - Islam Times - Bulldozers belonging to the municipality of the Zionist occupation began building a road running between the Talmudic garden, northern town of Silwan, and the Umayyad palaces in Jerusalem, to implement the so-called “Holy house cover”, to serve the idea of the Jewish religious tourism in the city.

Fakhri Abu Diab, Head of the Committee for the Defense of Silwan, said in a press statement to Islam Times, that this scheme is designed to plunder more of the territories of Jerusalem so that to isolate Al-Aqsa mosque geographically by working to change the character of the area adjacent to it. Thus, this will prevent the Palestinian extension with the mosque and will separate it from its surrounding.

Abu Diab added that these excavations will reach the foundations of Al-Aqsa Mosque because of its proximity to the Southern wall and the south-east of the mosque.

He stressed that the occupation authorities are determined to resolve the fate of Jerusalem and to judaicize it as soon as possible, for they are working to impose a new reality in the city, especially the so-called the “Holy house cover”, by forging the historical geography of the vicinity of Al-Aqsa Mosque, as part of the 20\20 project.
