Teacher thrashes young boy in Mosque

As the boy proved unable to correctly recite several verses of the Quran his teacher decided to inflict a violent and cruel corporal punishment on the boy. It is important to note that the boy’s father agreed to the punishment method.

The boy is said to be less than 11 years-old.

He can be seen in the video being dragged out by his teacher, pushed, shoved and eventually beaten. As the boy tried to flee his attacker, the teacher came stroke him again and again.

Needless to say that the video profoundly disturbed viewers, especially since such scenes of violence have become the norm in Saudi Arabia, all under the watch of Saudi Arabia’s Wahhabis.

The teacher who happens to be the Mosque’s Imam seemed to have no problem what so ever in defiling the sanctity of the building by exercising violence against a child. More disturbing yet, the scene took place in Mecca, the holiest of all holy places.

Interestingly, the teacher who was identified as Yahya Mohamed Hashim, does not hold any Quran teaching licence.
