Fredrick Toben, on the anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall, wrote an essay. In this essay he discussed the fact that people where given physical freedom twenty years ago when the Berlin Wall fell, but people have been behind an intellectual wall for 60 years now – the intellectual wall being called the Holocaust.
Toben has been arrested in London for his views and is fighting extradition to Germany where he could face imprisonment for denying the Holocaust. Yes, denying the Holocaust is a crime in Europe punishable by prison and/or fine. One has to ask: Does this contradict free speech?
