Rice’s prediction came true... The winds of change are truly coming, but…

During that war, the American diplomacy represented at that time in (Condoleezza Rice) was activated. She promised the American policy’s guilty parties in the Arab world a new Middle East, and that this war would be the birth pangs of a new Middle East. In fact, the features of that war were drawn by the American foreign policy based on a world free of all what is related to pride, dignity, self-esteem, and fighting (Jihad). As if it is a fragile world, where Israel, America’s spoiled stepdaughter, can easily practice corruption.

As if it is a world free of Hezbollah, Hamas, the Islamic Jihad movement, and the resistance movements in Iraq and Afghanistan, and other movements opposing every arrogant dominating the nation and people.

As if it is a world, in which the countries of resistance such as the Islamic Republic and Syria become weak.

A world, in which the Arab and Islamic countries be divided, starting from Saudi Arabia, including Iraq, Afghanistan, Iran, etc… until reaching to Sudan. Yet, the division would be a process of normalization with the Zionist state, which is suffering of its abnormal structural, for it is a strange body that was implanted in the Arab region.

As Shimon Peres once said, “Since the Arabs tried the leadership of Egypt in the region for half a century, let them then try the leadership of Israel”. This is also Bernard Lewis’s vision since the seventies, and adopted by the neo-conservatives, upon which the American policy is based.

The proposed sketch of the new Middle East

It seems that the United States after it failed in Iraq and Afghanistan, decided to promise Israel to implement its neo-colonial scheme. The aim of this scheme is to destroy Lebanon, particularly its resistance, and to turn it into a democratic country, the same way as the United States wanted Iraq to be i.e. to revolve around the interests of America. After Lebanon, the Arab dominoes started to fall one after the other, as Bernard Lewis predicted.

William Kristol, (neo-cons), stressed that this is United States’ opportunity to take the lead again in the region.

In an article entitled: “United States colluding with Israel to destroy Lebanon”, the American commentator Paul Craig Roberts say, “What we are witnessing in the Middle East is that the neo-cons’ plan to destroy any trace of the Arab-Islamic independence, and to eliminate any opposition to the agenda of Israel, is implemented”.

The following are the key features that they wanted for this new Middle East, which in their point of view would emerge from the womb of the Israeli aggression on Lebanon, the so-called the July war, or (War VI).

First: This vision of this newborn stems from the belief of its launchers that history is turned off completely in this region. They believe that the Arab people will remain just a tool in the hands of most of the rulers who have sold their consciences, their home countries, and peoples blindly to the United States of America. This Arab-Islamic Middle East is just a rich area, neither having a history nor a common heritage. They believe that groups that are not linked to anything, and that have neither a historical memory, nor a sense of dignity inhabit this area. In fact, what helped them to believe in this is what they saw in some Arab countries. They believe that people there in those Arab countries widely follow the pleasures, and their main concern is usually referred to as having fun, and fulfilling their needs of the bright things that they bribed since the beginning of the era of the explosive technology until this present time.
The Arab person became in their eyes just a human being consuming their various products, where the Arab countries turned into a (bazaar) promoting their goods.

Second: (Ralph Peters), a retired officer with the rank of Colonel and was working at the American military intelligence, put a blueprint for re-dividing the Middle East in an article published in the journal of the U.S. armed forces on June 2006. This article is not important because of its depth, or the possibility of achieving it, but because of what it shows of what is going on in the minds of the advocates of the new Middle East.

(Peters) started by what he called the gross injustice done to the minorities when the Middle East was divided early last century, within the (Sykes-Picot) Convention. He noted that this minority consists of groups and people were deceived during the first division, including primarily the Christians, the Kurds, the Baha’is, the Ismailis, and the Naqshbandis.

Third: According to Peters’ article, there is a deep hatred between the religious and ethnic groups in the region towards each other. Therefore, the Middle East must be re-divided starting from the heterogeneous composition of the population, which is based on religions, sects and ethnic groups and minorities, alike the Zionist state, which is based on religion and nationalism and their combination.

Fourth: The map that they are talking about includes dividing Iraq into three parts: a Kurdish state in the north, a Shiite state in the south, a Sunni state in the center, which will choose to join Syria with time.

In the mind of the map’s designer, Saudi Arabia in its current form is an abnormal state. He suggested cutting Mecca and Medina, for establishing a Sacred Islamic State, headed by a Council that could be called (Higher Islamic Vatican). He also suggested cutting from the north a land that would be added to Jordan, and from the south a piece of land that would be added to Yemen.

As for its Eastern part, it was not kept away from this scheme. He suggested cutting the oil fields for the benefit of an Arab Shiite State.

The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan would retain its borders with what is added to it from Saudi Arabia, and thus it is natural that the future of the West Bank be associated with it.

As for the United Arab Emirates, Mr. (Peters) refers to it as the “Urban State”, considering it parallel to the ancient Greek cities. He suggests adding parts of it to the Arab Shiite State, which must be included to the Persian Gulf, to become a balancing power against the Shiite Farsi state and not an ally to it, according to him.

This designer was kind enough to keep (Dubai) as it is i.e. to remain a theater for the folk rich people.
Both Oman and Kuwait would keep their lands.

It is assumed that Iran- in accordance with this foolish project- will lose many of its territories in favor of the united Azerbaijan, the free Kurdistan, the Arab Shiite State, and the free Baluchistan. However, at the same time, it will gain provinces from Afghanistan, Heart’s side. Peters expected that Iran in this new map would return to be a Persian country, as it was before the spread of Islam therein.

As for Lebanon, its scheme say that a Christian state, or a pro state be establish therein. Its southern border would be the Litani River, and the Zionist state would be ready to sign a treaty with it.

Fifth: America’s expected benefit regarding this new amendment to the map of the area: finding any chance to spread democracy on the American way, and having access to the oil resources in a region that is estimated by the new scheme to fight itself.

The hand of Allah is over their hands

The enemies’ schemes against the nation and religion, is in fact arising from a psychological and social fact, and stemming from the arrogance of power. They think that they can do what they want, as long as the balance of power is in their benefit, and as long as their military preparations surpass that of the opponent.

God Almighty refers to this fact saying: “No, (but) indeed man transgresses”, “Because he sees himself self-sufficient”, (Surah Al-Alaq verses 6, 7). However, they forget that “Indeed, to your Lord is the return” (Al-Alaq 8). They forget, or pretend that they are forgetting that all things return to Him, and that man no matter of his/her value cannot surpass the will of God, and the will of His allies who spend their lives pleasing Him.

Peters’ scheme and all other similar schemes stem from the arrogance of power, which forget about the will of the peoples, their history and glory, and behind all that the will of God Almighty.

The fate of the dream (the prediction)

When the head of the American diplomacy assured and promised those who have betrayed their nation and homelands to occupy flimsy thrones, which are made in the kitchens of the American policy, represented in its new falcons, they believed. Then they conspired against their people and the resistance movements in their home countries, and sold their consciences to devil.
Now, when writing this article (02/09/2011), we wonder: are America, the Zionist state, and all the Americanized and the Zionists associated to the people of our nation, still over-involved in the puffy dreams of the new Middle East! Did Rice’s prediction come true, and did the July war result in a new Middle East?

If the answer was yes, then which Middle East has been achieved?

The answer to these two questions neither needs a political smartness, nor foreseeing the future as the astrologers who became many these days, especially at the beginning of each new year, do. To have the clear and adequate answer we just need to extrapolate the events experienced by the Middle East to know whether the change occurred or no, and of what kind is it.

We must start from Lebanon, the country where the beginning of the winds of change on the American way, and the vision of the birth pangs of a new Middle East were announced.

Lebanon returning to the line of opponent

Thus, what happened in Lebanon?
We will recall the events quickly and briefly:

After a war that was unprecedented in the Arab-Israeli history ever, and lasted for thirty-three days, Israel did not achieve its minimum objectives and was unable to bear the American pressure to continue the war for more few days than the (33).

On the other hand, the Islamic Resistance achieved objectives that they did not even dreamt of one day. We will rapidly list them as follows:

1- The reality of number of rulers, politicians, and their allies was revealed, not only in Lebanon, but also in the region. They became as if naked in front of their people and the world public opinion.
2- As a result, people gathered largely around the resistance movements in the region.
3- (Hezbollah) returned, very quickly, stronger than it was before the July war, in terms of arms, and being deeply rooted in the hearts of the proud people.
4- The people of the oppressed world became sure enough that eliminating the raging state of Israel is not only possible, but may be closer to us than a moment.
5- At the level of the internal situation of Lebanon, Hezbollah was able, despite the multiple plots- such as the American Embassy’s guilty parties, and the International Tribunal, to strengthen the opposition, which consists of all the Lebanese sects. Moreover, Hezbollah was able to impose what was created by the Doha agreement, to dissolve the government, which was leading the country towards a sectarian strife under the cover of the International Court’s resolution to reveal the truth. We are now living on the verge of forming a government opposing in its majority the American-Zionist line.

Gaza got out proudly

After the July war and its aftermath, which was in favor of the nation granting it more dignity, Israel, trying to avenge because of the disgrace it faced with the campaign launched against Lebanon, it launched genocide against the people of Gaza in late 2009. Its genocidal war lasted for three weeks, and the Gazans got out: their buildings, and homes destroyed, but their heads were kept proudly high.

As the previous war, the Zionists did not achieve their goals. Additionally, on the contrary, the reality of the Egyptian Pharaoh regime was revealed, and the Egyptians became more aware, what led to what were are witnessing nowadays on the eve of the fall of the regime, which sat on the throne of give up to the Zionists and the West more than thirty years.

Syria became more rigid in the line of opponent

Syria left Lebanon implementing the resolution 1559, after the elements of the surrendering and succumbing line, as described by Nizar Qabbani, tried to accuse it of assassinating Prime Minister of Lebanon Rafik Al-Hariri. After that, everyone betted, including the Western powers, Israel, the tails of the rulers of dependency, and the Americanized forces and parties, that Syria will rapidly disengage from the line of opponent, because it would be affected by the international resolutions, and afraid of the winds of change represented in a new Middle East.

Yet, the people that were betting lost, and the Syrian regime remained the Palestinian resistance factions’ resort on the one hand, and engaged with its strategic ally i.e. the Islamic Republic of Iran on the other hand. Moreover, Syria remained to publicly embrace the thought of resistant, which is represented in the Hezbollah of Lebanon and its wise leadership. Thus, Hezbollah began to gain seriously flexible relationships with a number of European countries that do not accept the American arrogance.

Iran: creativity, prosperity, and entering the club of possessing nuclear technology

Despite the different boycotting practices imposed by America on the international community against the Islamic Republic, despite all that, the Islamic Republic is having an increased hardness, strength, pride, and determination more and more. It is even progressing in all the fields of science and technology, and is having defensive and offensive readiness.

It continues to inspire the free people in the world with the rays of its revolution, which is still in our hearts. Its people are continuously embracing their revolution and wise leadership. In fact, Iran is still the hope and resort of the vulnerable people that is inspiring them.

Iraq and the preparation for going out of the clutches of the American occupation

It is the Islamic Republic’s next-door neighbor, which share religious and fraternal issues with it since long ago. Despite the war imposed by Saddam’s regime, and behind him the forces of evil in the East and West, Iraq is preparing, thanks to the efforts of its faithful sons, to take off its American dependency dress. America came to the Gulf but only to control its resources, but the deception of the justifications of nuclear weapons of its president was uncovered. Muntazer al-Zaidi’s shoes, as well as the shoes of the other peoples, were thrown at this President.

Its armed and security forces began to control slowly the security of the country, where those captives of sedition, which is fed by America day and night, were corrupting.

The awakening of the Arab giant

On the other side, the Arab peoples began to listen to their spiritual appeal, and heard, even if late, the distress of the oppressed people in both wars (Lebanon and Gaza). Thus, they moved spontaneously, in all their segments, parties, and religious, secular, political, and trade union factions, including the students and others.

Hence, the starting code was the fall of Bou Azizi in Tunisia, being burnt by the strips of injustice, and hunger, and those who joined him of his comrades in the path of vulnerability in Egypt. This sparked a volcano resulted in the fled of the dictator Zine El Abidine Ben Ali wearing a veil covering his face, and the Pharaoh of Egypt, is awaiting his turn to follow him soon, if it is God’s will.

The volcano reached to Yemen, the country that America started on more than one occasion to talk about a partnership with it. It announced- with shame- its three No’s (no extending, no inheriting, and no resetting of the counter).

The regime of the Hashemite Kingdom was not far away from the horror that plagued most Middle Eastern regimes, which were not long ago classified by America as being in the context of moderation. Those regimes used to abide by the orders of the intelligence centers and decision-makers in America and the West.

If we want to enumerate the multiple American failures in this region, we need time. (Rice) predicted the birth of a new map, according to the American-Zionist agenda, to take place therein.

I think that this advanced and rapid narrative is adequate to answer the two-abovementioned questions.

In short, we say:

Condoleezza Rice’s prediction came true, for those winds of change reached to Kairouan (Tunisia), and to Egypt, and the horror of reaching to other parts of the Middle East started, calling on rulers to accelerate the reforms and changes.

However, this prediction was related to the Americans, as said by the poet:

Not everything that a person wishes for, does he attain
The winds only blow in ways that ships do not desire
