Syrian army cuts through rebels’ defences

In Damascus countryside (Rif Dimashq), army units destroyed a number of militants’ vehicles and killed all of the militants inside them on the road linking Zakia to Khan al-Shih.

Gatherings of militants were also attacked near al-Bashir Mosque, in Khan al-Shih farms, Mughr al-Mir as a number of militants were killed and injured.

The army units carried out several operations in the area between al-Mleiha and Jisreen, killing scores of militants and destroying their weaponry and equipment, including a mortar.

The army continued pursuing militants in Jobar neighbourhood and Douma, killing and injuring a number of them, among the killed militants were Bilal Mashout and Abdul-Rahman Barkhas.

An army unit destroyed a militants’ hideouts in Irbeen and Daraya, killing several militants and destroying their equipment and weapons.

In Quneitra Countryside, army units killed and wounded a number of militants after destroying four of militants’ cars to the east of Koudna and to the south of Ain al-Darb.

A militant group was also targeted to the west of Rasm al-Aqra’a.

In Daraa countryside, an army unit demolished a number of militants’ vehicles that were loaded with ammunition, killing all of the militants inside them.

Another unit of the armed forces destroyed a number of the militants’ vehicles, eliminating all the militants inside them in the area of al-Manasher to the north of Atman town, on the road of Samlin-Enkhil and in Tal al-Mutawaq-Jasim.

Dens and hideouts of militants were also attacked in Tal al-Samen, in the surrounding of Zamrin town and to the west of al-Hajari Mosque in M’arba village as a number of militants were killed and wounded and a car equipped with a heavy machinegun was destroyed.

An army unit also eliminated five militants in Talet Mishmish in the surrounding of Khirbat Ghazala in Daraa.

Another unit targeted a number of militants’ cars on the axis of Tal-al-Mahs-al-Jabia in Daraa Countryside as a number of the cars were destroyed and the militants inside them were eliminated.

An army unit has killed militants and arrested two others on Um Walad-al-Mseifra road in Daraa eastern countryside.

A military source told SANA that army units killed militants and wounded others after targeting their concentrations in the towns of al-Mseifra, al-Jiza, al-Karak, Um Walad and Jbeib in Daraa eastern countryside.

In Palmyra Countryside, army units eliminated a number of militants and destroyed an armored vehicle and a pickup equipped with a heavy machinegun while targeting their gatherings in Ain Hussein, Jazal oil well, al-Sawwana area, and al-Sha’air mountain.

A number of militants were killed and injured, and their weaponry were destroyed in the villages and towns of Salam al-Gharbi, Salam al-Sharqi, Khatmillo, Arshouna, al-Khraija, Taldou and Kafar Laha in al-Hula in Homs Countryside.

A military source said army units have killed militants and wounded others during operations against their concentrations in Um Sahrij and Abu Hawadid in Homs countryside.

A number of militants were eliminated and their criminal tools were destroyed in different areas in Aleppo and its countryside.

An army unit attacked the hideouts of militants in Anadan, Kafar Halab, Nsaibin, al-Sahhara, Qabasin, al-Hader, al-Inzarat, Bab al-Hadid and Haret al-Shahhadin as a number of militants were killed and wounded while a number of their vehicles were destroyed.

Another unit of the armed forces killed a number of militants and destroyed a rocket launcher and a car equipped with heavy machinegun in Rasm al-Abboud area in Aleppo Countryside.

Meanwhile, a unit of the army in Deir al-Zour destroyed a warehouse of weapons and munitions, two cars loaded with two heavy machineguns and killed a number of militants, most of them non-Syrians.
