Several injured in Israel as missiles land in Eilat

A military spokesman said, “Two rockets landed inside the city, which borders Egypt, and Jordan while the third one landed in the free zone, causing the injury of four civilians.” He added that rescue teams had been sent to investigate the incident and tend to the injured.

This is the first missile to reach Eilat since the beginning of Israel’s aggression on Gaza over a week ago. The military refused to confirm from where were the missiles fired from, arguing national security.

Military sources in Israel have also claimed that several rockets had been fired from inside Syria and South Lebanon. Israel claims to have filed an official complaints with UN keepers.
