Attitude Favoring Compromises to Israelis Losing Place to Pro-resistance Approach among Palestinians

Islam Times - In the past few weeks and following the ongoing Israeli raids on the holy al-Aqsa Mosque and the retaliatory attacks from the Palestinians deep into the occupied territories, the Muslim world is united in solidarity with the Palestinians. But among various reactions to the Palestinian developments, the stances of the Axis of Resistance leaders from Iran to Lebanon and Gaza have been in the center of attention.

Today, from the point of view of Muslims around the world, the words of the leaders of the Axis of Resistance, contrary to the ineffective positions of the Arab leaders, have executive and determining power on the equations and spark rays of hope among the Muslim public about the certainty of Palestine liberation from the yoke of occupation.

In recent years, the developments in the region has advanced in a way that despite the extensive efforts of the Western-Arab front to change the Palestinian equation in favor of the Israeli regime and the total assimilation of this fundamental cause in a new regional order based on normalization of Arab-Israeli relations, the actions of the Resistance camp very soon turned the tide and imposed a new balance, making the Resistance front, a regional bloc led by Iran and including Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, Yemen, and Palestine, having the upper hand in the Palestinian developments.

The achievements of the Resistance camp have been so outstanding that even the most ardent critics and opponents have fully realized that the key to the developments in Palestine is held by the Resistance front and that the most ridiculous stance is to talk about compromise and negotiation with the Israeli regime.

Although the compromising camp in the Arab world took a step towards strengthening Tel Aviv's shaky position by the normalization deal, the Resistance operations have pushed the Israeli regime steps closer to destruction.

These days, the leaders of the Resistance camp unanimously talk about the end of the past period of despair and retreat of the Palestinian people against the Israeli occupation and the beginning of the period of decline and widespread collapse of the regime's security from within. An example is the speech of Hezbollah Secretary-General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah during Quds Day who said that the Palestinian despair has ended and now the Palestinians are more optimistic about liberation.

Today, the optimism about the victory over the Israeli occupation with reliance on the power of belief and resistance among the Palestinians is observable in the reflourishing armed operations in the West Bank and even in the depth of 1948 areas. Ariel attack in Quds Day and before that several attacks into the occupied territories' depth bear witness to a new pro-resistance discourse among the Palestinians, especially those of West Bank.

The interesting point about the seemingly separate and unorganized operations in West Bank and the 1948 areas is that the growing zeal for resistance and armed struggle against the Israeli occupiers among the Palestinians is a crucial factor helping Gaza-based factions to broaden their operation range. With inter-Palestinian bonds increasing, the blind attacks would fast give place to organized operations with a greater destruction power and tougher security blows to Israeli cities. Even imagination of this is sending shivers down the Israeli spine, especially as the Resistance leaders promise mounted armed struggle against the Israelis across the Palestinian territories.
