Walid Al Berch - Gen Sisi presidential win will end Arab Spring Movement
When the Military junta crack downed on the Muslim Brotherhood, keen to define the movement to a terror movement as to make it impossible to people to support it, it was really the old regime which not only sought revenge but endeavour to regain power.

Since Sisi is the continuation of the regime of Mubarak, Egypt completed a perfect circle, from dictatorship to democracy and back to dictatorship.

Al Berch said that at this particular moment in time Egyptians could only vote for the man they felt would be best equipped to end instability and confusion.

Al Berch noted that while the Muslim Brotherhood has been completely destroyed, the Nour Party, which is in many ways more radical in its views will survive and offer some form of counter-balance to Sisi’s rule. Egypt’ Salafis have never offered their support to the Muslim Brotherhood, having understood very early on that President Mohammed Morsi was on a downward spiral.

Finally Al Berch stressed that if Sisi can manage to rally around his presidency Egypt’s main factions than he will succeed where Morsi failed.
