Republican Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney Inches Closer to White House with Fresh Injection of Cash
The donor, named Sheldon Adelson, made the donation to an independent Romney-supporting group by the name of Restore our Future. The sources that leaked the information did so under the condition of anonymity, citing they weren’t ready to be primary sources in this development that may shape the Nation’s future.

Though it hasn’t yet been confirmed, the influx of cash all but confirms Romney to be the Republican runner during November’s reelection going against the current President Barack Obama, who’s attempting to secure a second term in The White House.

Mitt Romney is no stranger to high-spending. His campaign is currently spending on average of $3.3 million per month in an extensive marketing drive which targets television ads, radio commercials and even late-night infomercials, mostly bashing Obama and previously his right-winged colleagues.

The group that made the donation itself staunchly supports the Republican frontrunner. Most of the group is comprised of former advisors to Romney, while the others are made up of GOP backers and donors.
