Obama overtakes Bush as most lawless leader in US history

The remarks were made by international lawyer, Alfred Lambremont Webre, who compared Obama’s policies, including the use of electronic surveillance, to Bush-era policies like the USA PATRIOT Act, which are considered intrusions on citizens' rights and a pretext to launch martial law.
 
    “In fact, all of the attacks that have occurred in US territory have been false-flag operations starting with the false-flag operation of September 11, 2001, that put in place the [USA] PATRIOT Act that started this travesty against the US Constitution, down to the false-flag attack of the Sandy Hook massacre that occurred last year; [and] the alleged Boston terrorist attack of April 15th, 2013,” Webre added.
 
 
The American law expert further criticized the director of the National Security Agency (NSA), James Clapper, for defending the electronic surveillance tool, PRISM, which gathers electronic communications data from companies like Facebook and Google, and a government program designed to track every phone call made within or from the United States.
 
“Just to put it very bluntly, [NSA Director] Mr. James Clapper is lying because under the Obama administration, his use of section 215 of the legislation that he’s citing, the actions that he is undertaking, violate the First Amendment of the US Constitution of freedom of speech; the Fourth Amendment against unreasonable search and seizure; the Fifth Amendment against self-incrimination; and the Fourteenth Amendment as applied to all of the states - this is an absolute legal falsehood,” said Webre.
 
The new revelation came as Washington has already come under fire for the decision to use surveillance drones within the United States, with thousands of unmanned aerial vehicles expected in US airspace by 2015 in line with the Federal Aviation Administration Modernization and Reform Act which was passed last year.
 
Obama’s electronic surveillance policies including the use of the US drone program is a “violation of the Constitution,” as they amount to implementing state terror to provide pretexts for the “implementation of martial law,” the expert concluded.
