Ehud Barak supports Egyptian coup

Islam Times - Former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak has called for the free world to support Egyptian Defence Minister General Abdul-Fattah Al-Sisi and liberal leaders such as Mohamed ElBaradie, he told CNN on Monday.

Barak alleged that President Mohamed Morsi was ousted by his people after he had attempted to change Egypt into a religious-communist state.

Asked whether Israel is silently happy about the coup, he said: "We do not consider ourselves among the main players in these incidents, through which we see a dramatic development for the Egyptians."
