Saudi Warplanes Drop Ammunition for Hadi’s Militia As Army Secures Aden

Saudi warplanes bombarded northern border regions of Saada, Raneh, Faqem, Monabbeh, Ghamer and al-Ghour, indicating that the intersections between those locations witnessed continuous shelling, targeting civilians who were fleeing attacks-hit places, killing 18 including 10 of one family.
 
Cautious calm prevailed in Sanaa. However, Aden, Kreiter and Motella witnessed clashes between the Yemeni army and the so-called Ansar al-Sharia (Supporters of Islamic law) - the nickname of al-Qaeda in Yemen - who managed to widely deploy in the Motella and seize some oil tankers, along with controlling some parts of the city, storming prisons and stealing banks.
 
Omari revealed that Saudi planes dropped loads of weapons over areas controlled by militiamen of the outgoing President Abedrabbu Mansour Hadi in Aden and Motella.
 
Security sources stated that some loads were being seized, and they included weapons and advanced communication systems equipped with chips to guide the enemy warplanes towards the targeted areas.
 
In the latest field developments, Saudi Arabia announced that two of its soldiers were killed in shooting at Yemen border.
 
The Saudi troops bombarded the village of Hijr Akish in Sanaa, killing over 11 civilians, including civilians.
 
The Yemeni army, supported by the popular committees liberated Al-Hosn, Ma'alla, Shabaka and Mina' regions of Aden from Hadi's militiamen.
 
Ansarullah spokesperson, Mohammad Abdulsalam said that the national military and the popular committees will fight on one side against the Saudi-US aggression.
 
"For the second week of aggression, invaders haven't achieved any moral or military goal. They only destroyed the infrastructure and public and private facilities to harm the Yemeni people. They targeted the public life in Yemen and destroyed factories, which is stupidity and not victory," Abdulsalam said.
 
He stressed that the Yemenis have surpassed many obstacles domestically, the fact proved by the goals they have so far achieved.
 
"Yet, we are not heedless, nor asleep. We will retaliate in the suitable time and place," he warned.
 
Following the army control over main areas of Aden and Jabal al-Hadid, the national military has to restore Sheikh Odwan and Mansoura, thus securing the whole city to comb the pockets surrounding Aden from northern and western sides.
