Annual defense show displays Russian military power

"I want to mark, that despite economic sanctions, which were imposed to slow down the development of science and technology in Russia, the defense industry enterprises not only stood firmly but are also increasing positive dynamics. I am sure that the forum will assure our guests and partners of that," Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu said.

The convention showcases the latest advancements across the military industry from Russia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, India, Kazakhstan, China, Pakistan, Thailand, Turkey, and South Africa.

The Army 2019 expo will host military shows and conferences until June 30.
