Moscow regrets Washington's irresponsible actions towards Iran

"The policy of canceling the agreements and the subsequent violent pressure on the Iranian people leads to a series of problems," Ryabkov said, that was quoted by the Sputnik news agency.

The administration of US President Donald Trump intensified its pressure on Iran following the withdrawal from the nuclear deal in May last year and then imposed unfair economic measures on it, which Tehran has recently responded by suspending some of its obligations in the nuclear agreement.

On the other hand, Ryabkov said that "Russia is considering the issue of strengthening the security measures of Russian experts at Bushehr nuclear plant in Iran against the backdrop of increasing tensions in the region," noting that, this issue is under study.

The Russian Foreign Ministry announced last month that Moscow would continue to build a nuclear power plant in Bushehr and reorient the project in Fordo and ready for other joint ventures with Iran.
