Trump Denies CIA Agents Were Arrested and Accuses Iranian Economy of Being Dead
“The Report of Iran capturing CIA spies is totally false. Zero truth”. Trump said in a Twitter account as reported by AFP on Monday, 07/22/19.
 
“Just more lies and propaganda (like their shot down drone) put out by a Religious Regime that is Badly Failing and has no idea what to do.” He continued.
 
Trump again touched on the Iranian economy that was dead and would be worse. ”Their Economy is dead, and will get much worse. Iran is a total mess!” He added.
 
Earlier, Iranian authorities in a report arrested 17 people who were dragged into a case of espionage. Dozens of people were spies for the US central intelligence agency or the CIA.
 
The Iranian Ministry of Intelligence in a video release on Monday, 07/22/19, was interrogating one of the foreign agents.
 
The Intelligence Ministry said, at least 17 suspects were arrested in connection with the spy network. The suspects have admitted that they were spies for the CIA.
 
"The accused who served their sentences in prison mentioned tempting promises from CIA agents including emigration to the United States, decent work in America and money," the Iranian Intelligence Ministry reported as quoted by Mehrnews.
