The Republicans target the Minnesota Democrat at the GOP summer meeting in Auburn last weekend, AL.com reported Tuesday.

The Somali refugee who became one of the first two Muslim women elected to Congress last year is accused of "disturbing record of using anti-Semitic language that includes alleging Jewish money is used to buy American influence regarding its policy toward Israel."

"Proceed with the expulsion process in accordance to Article 1, Section 5 of the US Constitution," reads the resolution.

The Republicans of the Yellowhammer said she "dismissed" the September 11 terrorist attacks and “sympathized with a convicted terrorist.”

Omar immigrated to the US as a refugee in 1995 when she was a child. She became a US citizen in 2000 at age 17. US President Donald Trump has previously called for her to be sent back to her country.

Omar has been accused of anti-Semitism by Trump and the rest of Republicans over her criticism of the Israeli regime along with Rashida Tlaib, another Muslim congresswoman.

Omar and Tlaib are supporters of the anti-Israel Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement and have publicly criticized the regime despite pressure also from their own party.
