Britain, Germany and France Leaders claimed that it was "clear" that Iran was responsible for targeting Aramco.

The three countries called on Iran to discuss its nuclear and missile programs, as well as security issues in the region.

"It is time for Iran to accept a long-term framework to negotiate its nuclear program, as well as regional security issues, including its missile programs," the statement said.

Washington left the nuclear deal last year as part of a policy of "maximum pressure '' and then took provocative measures against Iran such as placing the Revolutionary Guards on the list of so-called terrorist organizations and sending US troops, several B-1 bombers and 22F fighter jets into the region.

In response, the Islamic Republic of Iran waited a year under the policy of "strategic patience" in the face of the "extreme pressure" of US President Donald Trump and gave the parties to the nuclear agreement, especially European countries that had pledged to compensate for the US withdrawal by fulfilling its obligations under the agreement.

But more than a year later, Europe not only has not fulfilled the aid pledged, but went further and demanded a new agreement that includes Iran's missile defense program.
