Nine extremists arrested in Moscow for fundraising ISIS
"The criminal case was charged with participating in a terrorist organization and supporting nine people," Yulia Ivanova, assistant director of the Russian commission of inquiry in Moscow, told reporters.

"At the request of the investigators, a preventive measure was taken in the form of detention, without specifying exactly when the arrests took place. Investigators pointed out that the group's organization came through one of the accused, who initially joined the terrorists in Egypt. When he returned to Russia in 2015, he began looking for money to help ISIS fighters," She added.

To do this, the extremist set up a group in a mobile application, which eventually included about 30 people. The money was transferred to the organizer's card, which he then transferred to the terrorists. "These funds were used to finance the logistic units of terrorist organizations as well as to prepare for terrorist crimes," the commission said.

Large-scale searches and detentions took place in and around Moscow, Dagestan and  Kabardino-Balkaria. Some detainees have confessed in this regard.
