Oil prices rose 2% after an Iranian tanker was hit in the Red Sea

Islam Times - Oil prices rose 2 percent on Friday after Iranian news agencies reported that a state-owned oil tanker was hit by two missiles in the Red Sea near Saudi Arabia.
Brent crude futures rose 3.2 percent to $ 64.06 a barrel and were $ 31.06 a barrel, up $ 20.1 by 08:46 GMT.
US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures were up 1.2 percent at $ 96.45 a barrel at $ 74.45, up 29 cents.
